Returns & Refunds Policy -- My Pure Beauty

At My Pure Beauty, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy operates in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Change of Mind Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty devices and skincare tools, we do not accept returns for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Deciding you no longer want the item
  • Finding the product cheaper elsewhere
  • Failing to follow product instructions or suitability guidelines

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a replacement, refund or repair if your item:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is damaged in transit
  • Is significantly different from the description
  • Is the incorrect item sent

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please email us at:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the fault or damage

We may require additional information to assess your claim.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused (unless faulty)
  • All original packaging, accessories and manuals must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

For hygiene reasons, used beauty devices, masks, rollers or skincare tools cannot be returned unless faulty.


Assessment & Resolution

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will advise whether a replacement, repair or refund will be provided
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, My Pure Beauty will cover return shipping costs
  • If the issue is not deemed a fault under ACL, return shipping will be at the customer's expense

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Used beauty devices
  • LED masks
  • Microneedling rollers
  • IPL devices
  • Skincare tools

Exclusions

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Reactions due to individual skin sensitivity

Please ensure products are used according to instructions provided.


Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
